Stainless slotted screws ’ s drive type has two methods to progress

Custom stainless slotted screws‘ groove type, screws processing plant will be based on the customer’s appearance requirements, and then put forward different processing methods. So, I’d like to tell you two methods to progress.

Shi Shi Tong received orders for stainless slotted screws. There will be two ways of processing “slotted screws” for customers to choose. One is directly formed by the mold, and the other is cut out by the automatic grooving machine.

 

The way by direct formed with mold, has a cheap price, fast processing speed. It is suitable for customers that doesn’t matter in appearance and smooth. Because the mold is ‘rushed over’ by the machine to the stainless steel wire, huge pressure will make the drive type at both ends of the “toe out”, it does not affect the use but is not beautiful.

Although the speed of automatic slot cutting machine is a little slower than direct mold forming, it’s suitable for customers’ needs in large quantities and requirements of appearance.
