CUSTOMIZE BIKE SCREW

MM is a specialized in producing mountain bike manufacturer in US , they are looking for a manufacturer that can customize bike screws. This screw needs to be tighten the camera on the bike. However, in actual cycling tests, the camera was always on the move, causing the camera to loose or fall off from the mountain bike before . By modifying the actual assembly size of the screw, we increase the root diameter of the screw, increase the screw thread fullness, and strictly control the grain tolerance during production. After 1, 000-hour field test, the screw achieved what they expected.
