Then we made adjustments. In the second production, we checked the problem every 10 minutes basically, and it was completed until the beginning, and there was no problem. At the time of rolling the thread, we finished the test twice before the start, and the size was no problem, and there was no problem. It was completed smoothly.

 

After the phillips pan head self tapping screw plating was completed, we checked whether the size after plating was within the tolerance range and whether the surface of the plating was flawed, and found no problem. After that, some screws are taken out for measurement, and the measured picture, the courier number, and the packaged picture are sent to the customer, indicating that the size of the screw is within the tolerance range, and the checked screw has been sent.
